Last updated 30 October 2026. This statement covers the website sksoftech.in. The OptiProject Pro Android app has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
This website is run by SK Software and Technologies (contact: Barathidasan Kaliyaperumal). You can reach us at sales@sksoftech.in or on +91 98406 48623.
What we collect
- The enquiry form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address (only if you give it), the product you pick and the message you write. We only receive what you type.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: if you write or call us directly, we receive what you send us and your email address or number.
- Technical data: like every website, the services that deliver this site (see below) receive your IP address and basic browser details when your browser loads a page.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising or analytics tools on this site, and we do not set cookies.
- We have no user accounts, and this site does not ask for payment or card details.
- We do not sell your information or give it to others for their own marketing.
How we use your information
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration or a trial, and to follow up on that enquiry. We will not use them for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who else handles it
We use a few outside services to run the site and the mailbox. Each handles information under its own policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website, so it sees the technical data of each visit.
- Web3Forms: an email form service. It receives what you type in the enquiry form and passes it to our sales mailbox.
- GoDaddy: provides our business email, where your enquiry is received and stored.
- Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- WhatsApp: if you press a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens and your chat with us is handled by WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@sksoftech.in and tell us which enquiry you mean. Where laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply, these are also your rights under that law.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this statement
If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding a new service, we will update this page and its date.
