Flexi Web is a customizable web application. You open it in any browser; nothing is installed on each PC. It works on the same company database and follows the same rules as Flexi Billing, so office, branch and remote users all see one set of books. It runs on your own server (IIS).
What it does
- GST invoicing: e-Invoice (IRN) and e-Way Bill generated straight from the invoice, with checks on HSN, unit, tax rates, GSTIN and address before anything is sent, and a tax preview to confirm.
- Point of Sale: a fast full-screen counter with barcode scanning, price lists, discounts, salesman, hold and un-hold bills, and sharing of bills by WhatsApp or email.
- Accounting: Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet in one click, with bill-wise adjustment, receipts, payments, cheque returns and journals. Foreign currency invoices convert to your company currency automatically.
- Inventory: stock valued by weighted average, FIFO or LIFO, serial numbers and barcodes, and reports such as ABC analysis, stock ageing and fast and slow moving items.
- Supply chain: link Quotation, Order, Delivery Note and Invoice (and the purchase side), with pending quantity tracking. Stock moves only once.
- Approvals: approval rules for each voucher type with value thresholds, up to three levels, escalation and substitute approvers. A held voucher posts to accounts and stock only when it is approved.
- Your own voucher screens: Transaction Settings let you design each voucher: your own fields, defaults, and fields that are Normal, Read-only or Hidden.
- Financial years: switch years from the header; a new year is created automatically and voucher numbering carries forward.
- Strong control: roles and rights for every screen, a complete audit log, session timeout, licence-controlled users and devices, and protected links that cannot be edited to open other records.
- Live dashboard and safe data: sales charts, voucher statistics and reminders; one-click backup (download or Google Drive), restore and new company setup.
