What it does

• Budgets that talk back: set a budget for a project or for each task, see spent, committed and remaining, and get a warning before you overspend.
• Costs in seconds: labour, material, machinery and other costs, with photos of bills.
• Suppliers and customers: purchase invoices with part payments, customer milestone invoices, receipts, balances and ageing.
• Subcontracts: contracts, change orders, payment requests, and money committed before you pay.
• Labour: time cards with regular and overtime rates that flow into project cost.
• Stock: warehouses, opening stock from Excel, purchases, issue to projects, returns and adjustments.
• Project ledger and reports: every money event of a project in date order, with PDF and spreadsheet reports.
• Safe by design: PIN or fingerprint lock, and password-protected encrypted backups.

Backup to your own Google Drive (optional)

OptiBuild can save an encrypted backup straight to the Google Drive of the person using the app, by a button or on a schedule. The app can see only the backup files it created itself, in a folder called “OptiBuild Backups”, never the rest of your Drive. The backup is locked with a password only you know.
